 EXCELLENCE IN DANCE ....

The EXCEL Dance Company is a nonprofit program that provides education, training, development and performing of various types of dance in public settings. Types of dance include, jazz, tap, modern, pointe and hip-hop.  There are currently thirty members, ages 4 thru adult.

Through practices, performances and positive feedback, EXCEL Dance Company encourages self-esteem and a positive image for its members.  The dancers have a better understanding of different cultures around the world as they work together as a team to accomplish one common goal.

FEATURING EXCEL

EXCEL Dance Company has also been featured on many local television shows and in area newspapers.  Prior to performing at the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, EXCEL appeared on Time Out Lehigh Valley, Perspective, Tempo, Community Spotlight and the NBC 10 News—Philadelphia.  EXCEL has also appeared in a local Volkswagen commercial.
